Recurring Payments problem

Hi all,

 

I currently have paypal payments pro. I am looking to setup recurring payments. On the website, it says recurring payments are live (not sure whether this means active though).

 

When I am sending requests through the api however, I am getting an error message telling me DPRP is disabled.

 

I personally did not setup the account but from what i can see, recurring payments are coming though as there is a long list within the recurring payments page.

 

any ideas?

Something to check.  When Pro was setup there's also a separate step to accept the Billing Agreement. This is sometimes overlooked by merchants who think they have already accepted this by applying for Pro, but it is a separate step that must be completed after approval.

 

If that's not the case, suggest checking out the Developer's Forum as you'll find more technical assistance there:
