Recieve payment confirmation email

Hello everyone, I have a business account where i recieve payments. The last two or three payments ive recieved i didnt even realize until i checked the paypal account because no email notification ever came through. I checked settings and email notification for recieiving payments is enabled so idk what is going on. I have a team working and its easier when the email pops up and everyone is notified..has anyone had this issue?
