I have a VISA card After inputting data gives me the following error
"The bank that issued your card didn't approve this transaction. Please contact the card issuer's customer service department if you have any questions. Or you can add a different card now to continue."
He also happened to anyone? And how to solve Tanks

That error message is seen when the card issuer has denied our attempts to verify your card. Please make sure that your name, address and all other data matches exactly on record with PayPal and with the card issuing bank. If the confirmation continues to be declined by the card issuer, the card will be unable to be confirmed on PayPal. In that case, another card should be tried.
i have same problem, my bank said that is not our problem,in fact i think is true because my friend virifed it and i can't do it. Maybe is because my debit card is new one? thank you
