Printing shipping labels for tubes using Paypal Shipping / MultiOrder Shipping

Hi all,

is it possible to use Paypal Shipping or MultiOrder Shipping functionality to print labels for shipping tubes?  Looks like the "Package Types" drop-down menu is limited to only certain types, which does not include tubes.  Please help!!!
