Option for Ukrainian users to receive PayPal payments

Is there any news on getting the payment acceptance feature enabled for Ukrainian PayPal users?

Unfortunately it's really not up to PayPal as they must abide by each countries transaction processing rules and regulations.

Maybe it would be better for PayPal to share the issues with the customers? 🙂

Perhaps contacting some goverment officials to see what can be changed or enhanced would support your cause.

Apparently, it's not wise to try changing random things without any feedback, unless we know what the actual issues are 😄

So please, provide facts only (e. g., "high trade fraud risks", "legal issues: excessive paperwork needed to register an account" etc.), and no vague sentences 😉

BTW, PayPal's co-founder Max Levchin was born in Kyiv (the capital city of Ukraine) 🙂
