Can someone help!? I am new at selling via the web site. I am in the process of trying to post a Paypal button on my web site but before I do, I would like to know how we, the seller, knows where we are to ship the item to? I would need this informationn before I post a Paypal button on my web site and start selling. Is the buyer's shipping address automatically collected by paypal and passed on to me, the seller when the buyer clicks on "buy now?" Thank you all for your help!
The customer is asked for a shipping address during the checkout process. This info is passed back to you after the purchase via notification email. You will also see the transaction record in your account transaction history.
