I am testing payment on my website and I created a sandbox account. The problem I am having is that in my ipn script, the mc_fee is not being returned. I know this means that the payment_status is not complete and i was wondering why.
I eventually went into my sandbox account and checked on the order history and saw that the orders have an "Unclaimed" status. I am thinking the cause of this is that under the name of the seller account, there is a note that says:
Name: emailaddress (The recipient of this payment is Unregistered)
I think this is my problem. Is the name suppose to be an email address or an actual first and last name? If its not suppose to be an email, how do I go about changing it?
On another note, I also changed the settings under "Payment Receiving Preferences" in my sandbox to:
"Yes, accept and convert them to U.S. Dollars."
