PayPal is currently blocking access through Quicken, Quicken Essentials, Mint and other personal finance management applications. This block will present itself as a CC-555 in Quicken Windows or Error 155 in Quicken Essentials (and Mint).
We have been in contact with PayPal, but have no ETA on a solution.
