NEW QUICKEN ISSUE (10/18/13): PayPal CC-555 or Error 155

There is a new post about the latest Quicken/Paypal connect problems some or many of us are currently experiencing.

PayPal is currently blocking access through Quicken, Quicken Essentials, Mint and other personal finance management applications. This block will present itself as a CC-555 in Quicken Windows or Error 155 in Quicken Essentials (and Mint).

We have been in contact with PayPal, but have no ETA on a solution. If you wish to be notified when this block has been lifted, please see the Hot Topic for this issue on our Support Site (http://quicken.intuit.com/support) to sign up for email notification.
