Anyone have information on the process (via Writ of Execution, etc.) on seizing (or, garnishing) another PayPal account of which there is a legal judgement against said account holder?

Already have the judgement registered and am trying to locate PayPal's address of service as well as any special requirements they have for implementing this action. Having dealt with Google in this regard, on-line firms usually have protocols indigenous to their own systems.

I also have a judgement against an individual for an eviction and legal fees. That person has multiple judgements against him and does not have a bank account or any assets. However I know for a fact that he is having clients pay him via PayPal. Did you find out a way to garnish a PayPal account? There are no resources that I have found.
