IRS TAXES for 2015. Do they send them in the mail or download from paypal site? oir both?

Are the 2015 going to be sent out or do we have to try to find when there uploaded for us to print out a 1099 for this year?

Just currious and havent got anything from Paypal or Ebay and is it online or do they mail it out. 

Last thing were would i find this Doc/PDF file it is it online for me to finish my submitting my taxes for this year and not keep waiting for it in the mail..

To Print them:

Log in PayPay and click Activity.

Then click Statements. (It is on the right just above all the transaction amounts)

Now click Tax Documents.
