I sold something and it sent the money to this account.

Turns out this one is "Locked" and my money is stuck here. I really need this money. Any help?

If account is locked, only advice is to call PayPal to sort it out or ask the buyer if they have the option to cancel the payment from their end, doubt it, but ask anyway.  Why is the account locked?

If you sold something, why are attempting to send money.  You sould have received money.

well,you can ask the buyer to file item not received and Paypal will refund him,then once he gets his money back,ask him to resent to a different paypal account.

but it could take time and your buyer may lost interest in repurchasing the item again..
