I need all my statements for 2014... for the IRS NOW 2016.  So do I go to jail because PayPal doesn't have them?

There is no way I can do taxes for 2014 without them? I didn't know I made over the limit with my eBay and Etssy store. Now the stuff is hitting the fan.

Does anyone know what I can do or tell the IRS?  I donot have a bank account... PayPal is it.

You should have all of your business account records already in your personal files.  The 1099K is not necessary to prepare you taxes as you need to use your own business records.  Your own business gross receipts will likely be more than what was submitted to the IRS for your 1099k so you'l be fine.

Your own business records for 2014 would also include your business purchases, ALL sales, inventory, expenses, and cost of goods sold.   You don't need the 1099K because you have your own business records.  That's what businesses do.
