How to solve my limitation?

Hi, I'm from Indonesia, recently I sselling two pair of shoes via Instagram and facebook

I already received the money (on hold for 21 days) and Paypal limit my account, how to solve this? 

I don't do anything wrong and the buyer already received the shoes

Any customer service from Indonesia who can help me with this?

If the hold is stated as 21 days it is likely a normal hold for new sellers or for certain international sales.  Probably best to to just wait the 21 days unless you want to contact PayPal directly.
