Hi,
I would like to stop fraud payments to my site totally via PayPal.
So, I need to reject payments from unregistered accounts.
How can I do it by PayPal API or my account settings?
Regards,
Sami

In your PayPal account profile look for "Payment Receiving Preferences". Within those options you can set things like requiring a confirmed address, a verified account, etc.
You can also look for "Risk Controls" or "Fraud Management Filters" (depending on the version of PayPal accont you have you may see one or the other) and that's where you can adjust more options to help fight fraud. You may even have the option (again, depending on your PayPal account version) to upgrade to "Advanced Fraud Management Filters" where you'll get even more options to help with security like freight-forwarding checks, IP address checks, country checks, etc.
