Hello.I write you to ask you something.For my limitations.I had upload all you need and everything was OK until i get a message from pay pal that i have to call them.So is it possible if i call them to talk with my mother/native language(bulgarian) or on english?Or if is on english is it possible my brother to speak from my name cause i don't know english.Thank you!
