Currently my account is limited and im having trouble submitting all the details. This is what paypal is asking me to submit.

they are asking for my address twice and i've tried to submit it for both of them but no matter how many times i try, the first one still says Waiting for your response.
The second thing is the "Upgrade to a Business account" still says waiting for response when I already switched to a business account. It changed my paypal interface and everything.
and the third thing, "Check email for additional required documentation", i havent received anything from paypal that states what additional documentation i need. If somebody can clarify what i need to do, that would be great.
