Has anyone solved the automatic tracking number issue yet?

I peridocially ask a similar question and always get a negative answer or none at all .  But let's try again:

 

I use PayPal's Multi-Order shipping and process between 30-100 mailing labels per day.  None of our sales are eBay, they are all through our online store.  Of course, I am issued a USPS tracking number for each label, and the site says that an email has been sent (but that's not true).  I then have to go through our Magento account and manually enter each and every tracking number.  Has anyone streamlined this process yet?
