Sorry, I'm not understanding. Why do you need help? If you need to get a pre-paid card, you purchase one. If you need a debit card, you apply at your bank for one.
I found a site that gives me free prepaid card but he site sends it only to US address so i need someone from the US that will receive it and give me the card info.
