Going abroad - new account limitations

Hi everyone.

I will travel to another country this summer and I can't stop working as freelancer. I would like to know if it's legal to create a new account upfront, so the day limit for new sellers passes faster once I'm there (basicly I'll be using it just for 2 months). I've read some horror stories about how much the IP matters when you change your country...

Inform PayPal that you are going to be traveling and you shouldn't have any issues.  Here's a guide on how you can do that.

If I don't have the Travel Plans in my settings I should inform them so they can enable that option for me?

If you don't see the option you could just give them a call and let them know that way.
