First payment received. ACCEPT/DENY

Hi! I'm receiving my first payment. There's an ACCEPT/DENY button. After click Accept the payment go to my paypal funds? Or the payment go to my credit card?.

Any payments you receive to your PayPal account will stay in your PayPal account unless you withdraw it to your bank account
