Customer information shows up as n/a in order through PayPal

We are a small online business. Yesterday we've had an order through PayPal where customer name, shipping address (everything but city and state) shows up as n/a. I placed an order myself through the PayPal and it works fine. Any suggestions on what it might be?

No suggestions, could be glitch. You may want to open a Support Ticket here:

As for the order, if you can contact the customer and get the info you need, great, else, suggest cancelling the transaction.
