Change tracking information

Ok guys, so I want to change the tracking info of the item I sold to a person, on the paypal homepage I click on the transaction then scroll to click on "Edit Tracking Info" . Once I do that, it sends me to history.paypal.com , I click on details of the transaction then scroll down but I can't see an option to edit the number. By the way, the person I sold the item to filed a dispute because of this, only ONE number was wrong!

If one digit of a multidigit nubmer is wrong, the entire number is wrong and won't associate with the shipping tracking service.

So how to correct it

Once tracking information is added it can't be edited to someting different.
