Change Logo Size

Hi

My logo is too big for PayPal, as only half is showing on preview. How do I make the logo smaller, so it all appears?

You probably need to make the image smaller. If you know how to do a simple image re-size in a Paint program on your computer, that would probably be an answer on how to get it smaller. If not, I could re-size the image for you. Is there a way for you to post the image here online?

I've changed the  invoice logo to the requested pixel size and the invoice page keeps telling me it is too large, over and over and over again.  FRUSTRATED.

Hmm. That is very strange. What kind of file is the image? JPEG (or JPG) would probably compress the image into the smallest file size.

What is the reccomended size for a logo on an invoice???

I believe the correct size is 200 pixels (width) x 75 pixels (height).

• File format: JPG, GIF, or PNG
• File size limit: 100KB
• File resolution: 75 (h) x 200 (w) pixels

As long as you're under the file size limit and no bigger in resolution, you should be fine.  You can be smaller but, not larger.
