I have posted a related question in this forum. I hope the forum mods will agree with my judgment that this is separate enough a question to warrant its own thread.
I do not have the funds right now to do a DBA and get a bank account in a business name. However I would like to do business online using an assumed business name. I am just collecting donations for artwork.
Could I use one PayPal account in an assumed name to collect donations online. Then transfer that money to another PayPal account in my real name?
Would too many such transactions cause a security flag in PayPals system? Does it violate any of their rules?
