Can't recieve money

My friend sent me exactly $2.00. I got an e-mail saying it was recieved but nothing comes up on my PayPal. I confirmed my e-mail and he sent it to the same one. Why am I not getting it?

If your email address is confirmed and your friend spelled your email address correctly, the funds should have posted to your PayPal balance.
If you still have not received the funds, you may need to reach out to customer support. Customer support can be reached by clicking "Contact" on the PayPal website, @AskPayPal on Twitter or the PayPal Facebook page.
