Can't enter NUMBERS or PERIODS or COMMAS in optional Virtual Terminal Fields

Sometimes we get credit cards that only have company names - no individuals: "1st National Bank", "7th Day Adventist Church", "CompanyName, LLC", etc.
I need to be able to enter number and punctuation characters into the optional name fields in Virtual Terminal, but always get an error. We have to spell out the name - causing errors in reports, and with other merchant tools we use: quickbooks, etc.
Can this be fixed?

Else, here's another option for submitting suggestions, changes, etc:
Try the Site Feedback link from within your PayPay Account. The link is on every page. There's a survey question to answer and text box below. Use the text box to submit your suggestion or change. Seems they do have folks that look at the submissions.
