I mailed an item to a verified Paypal address. It was returned to me today with message UTF (unable to forward) Address undeliverable. What is my next step? My thoughts are to ask the buyer for a good address, however, I'd like the address to be updated on his end via Paypal. Also, I would like him to pay another shipping charge to mail it out again. Or just refund the money less the shipping charge he paid.... (This was an item sold on ebay). Thanks!
