Buyer refunds for computer subscription

Hello ~ Why can't a seller of a computer app subscription issue no refunds ?

The work around would be to use the Send Money feature if you must do a refund.

There is plenty of feature info to help anyone buying our product to know exactly what our simple tool does. No refunds have been a staple in the past to avoid.

Why can't the confident seller of a simple product ask for no refunds? This is expensive when buyers rip off our product and unless we want to waste precious time arguing about it in a resolution space, its a ruse.
