Address Verification Issues

We charge our credit cards directly through our software system, and it "speaks" to paypal and sends CC info over to be charged.  We have been using this for several years with little to no issues.  Just this week we started having transactions declined, referencing the error codes 10626-Transaction refused due to risk model, and 10754-declined by paypal.  We can use the same exact credit card and log in to paypal and charge the cards directly with no issues.

Anyone have the same issue and know a remedy?

My guess is that it is related to your software and how it communicates with PayPal.  PayPl will be constantly updating their security models as new threats develop. PayPal is not llikely to disclose their security model and procedures to verify each process.  Just speculating, but if it doesn't happen for every card, it wold seem to be an issue with specific cards or card banks or card locations.

You could call PayPal customer service to see if they will provide details.
