Has anyone "downgraded" from Paypal Payments Pro to Paypal Payments Advanced? If so, what's been the process to do it? Starting the online application says our merchant agreement has already been accepted. Calling support is about as helpful as not calling at all...although we finally did get a suggestion, "just create a new PayPal account." Yeah, that sounds like fun!
