I got scammed, but I do not have a verified payapl account. I do not know my transaction ID so I cannot open a dispute! Is it possible for an agent or staff or someone to help me through this thread? I gave the kid $15 and we had a deal. He did not complete the deal and he would not give my money back. Help please!
