Hello, this is the first time I have had an issue with PayPal. I am new to the platform and I have been using it with Ebay to sell some items. I have sent the buyer his items thinking he had paid. When the buyer sent his money to me however he had sent it before my PayPal account was verified via email. The payment has since been cancelled and I have confirmation that he has received what I have sent him. How can I contact PayPal to get my payment back into my account? I have the Transaction ID and proof of his payment on my Computer in the form of a picture. Can anyone steer me in the right direction to get my payment?
