Having trouble uploading a credit card statement to lift my account restriction.

Paypal has limited my account and is asking for my credit card statement. The card in question is one of my employees cards and it doesn't show up in my overall statement. It was also canceled because of some fraudulent charges. How do I explain this to PayPal?
