Completing paypal profile

Hello. I'm unable to complete my PayPal business account profile, since while adding city/province I only see cities in Taiwan, yet I'm from Kenya. Also, the default currency in my account is Taiwan dollars. Kindly help

Looks as though you have opened a Taiwanese Paypal account and not one registered in Kenya? 

Check your profile/settings and see what it says next to nationality.

Thanks, I might have chosen Taiwan by mistake while registering. Is it possible to change the nationality?

Unfortunately not, you would need to remove anything you linked (if you managed to link anything), and close this account and then open one registered to Kenya.
