I resently received an email from tumblr.com with the following content:

Hello Dear, Your PayPal Account logged form a new device

Device : iPhone

IP Address Of Device : 197.27.11.192

Country : Tunisia
PayPal Suggest to you to renew your information's by clicking this link you will be redirecting to PayPal Site

Thank you,

Is that email  a bad willing ??

Paypal does not ask you to click on a link to enter sensitive finacial or log in info.

Paypal will address you by your full name eg dear john smith.
